I got the sarcasm and loved it!  I'm a big fan of sarcasm.  Sarcasm isn't necessarily insincere if it's clear that you're being satirical or witty.

And there's nothing like laughing to make the sour go down easier...

As for getting on my own nerves... I do it all the time.  Like when I'm up in front of people that expect me to say something and I just ramble aimlessly because I have nothing to say.  This voice in my head is saying to me, "Just stop talking and sit down.  STOP TALKING!!!"

And I can't.  Oh well.  I yam what I yam!</description>
